When you want to join the pieces of your enclosure together, your best bet when doing this is to use screws. It should be a blue wire on an aftermarket radio. If its at all possible, run it through an existing grommet on the firewall.

It is an established fact that people tend to prefer the loudspeakers that they think are louder, as opposed to speakers that can handle bass levels etc. Where Rt is the total resistance and R1-R3 are the individual resistances. 2. When you connect the speaker wire to your speakers or subwoofers, you have to be careful to keep the polarity consistent. The speakers will be out of phase and will cancel out each other's signal if you do not connect the positive wire on each speaker to the positive terminal of the amplifier. Usually, one strand of the speaker wire is silver and the other bronze, so you can easily make the right connection.
