Divide this by 1,728 to get cubic feet and we add 0. First of all, you have to run speaker wire from the amplifier to the speakers and/or subwoofers that the amplifier will be powering into. TYPES OF SUBWOOFER BOXES It has also been around for a long time, and it's used to build everything from boats to Corvettes to the seats on the rides at Magic AS you can imagine, there is more than one type of material that you can use to make your subwoofer box. There is no other way that you can really know how the speakers will sound to you.

At the resonance frequency of the subwoofer system, the impedance will either peak at its highest level (sealed enclosures), or it is going to dip to its lowest level (ported and band pass enclosures). If you want to supe up your ride to where the bass nearly lifts it off of the ground; you are going to have to add a box to your trunk that has sub woofers that can handle the bass that you want to play. Although particle board looks a lot like fiberboard, its physical properties make it unfit for the car because Extreme temperature variations and humidity can cause particle board to chip, split, or warp in some way. BatteryMany people seem to think that adding a second battery will cure all of their electrical problems.
This is pretty straight forward so I figured that I would get straight to the point on how to deal with this.
1. Remove the radio so that you can access the connections on the back.
2. Connect the audio cable to the line-out wires that are located on the back of the radio. Connect the red plug on the RCA cable into the red plug (left) on the radio and the black plug (right) on the RCA cable to the black plug on the radio.
3. Connect the 18 gauge wire that is usually provided in the amplifier power kit to the amplifier turn-on wire on the radio. It should be a blue wire on an aftermarket radio. Make sure that you are not connecting the remote turn-on wire to the power antenna wire because it may also be blue. Solder or crimp the connection and then wrap it with electrical tape to protect the connection.
4. Run the audio cable and amplifier turn-on wire that is located behind the dash and kick panel and down the side of the vehicle behind the doorsills to the amplifier. You should tape or wire-tie the remote turn-on wire to the audio cable so that it is easier to run through the vehicle. Run the audio cables down the opposite side of the car from the power wire to ensure that engine noise or other electrical noises do not cross over into the audio cables.
