We'll achieve this by using 3/4 " MDF for the enclosure with external dimensions of 15. With the box assembled, you are now ready to cut the speaker openings and the vent, if you've chosen to go with a vented design. The speakers will be out of phase and will cancel out each other's signal if you do not connect the positive wire on each speaker to the positive terminal of the amplifier.

If the enclosure is going to be irregularly shaped, it's easier to think of its interior as a collection of conventional shapes; then you will calculate the volume for each, and add these volumes together. You have already wired the speakers and you are good to go! Cut the power wire approximately 6-8" long. Ideally, the tweeter should be no more than 1-foot from the woofer to maintain a unified sound field. Make sure the correct speaker wires are connected to the correct terminals on the amplifier. Disconnect the positive terminal from the battery.
Here is where you learn how to connect the speaker wires.
1. First of all, you have to run speaker wire from the amplifier to the speakers and/or subwoofers that the amplifier will be powering into. If you will be powering the speakers that are already in the vehicle, it's usually easier to run the speaker wire from the back of the radio when you are connecting the audio and remote turn-on cables. Then you have to route the speaker wire along with the audio cable and remote turn-on wire.
2. When you connect the speaker wire to your speakers or subwoofers, you have to be careful to keep the polarity consistent. The speakers will be out of phase and will cancel out each other's signal if you do not connect the positive wire on each speaker to the positive terminal of the amplifier. Usually, one strand of the speaker wire is silver and the other bronze, so you can easily make the right connection.
