Blaubox: This has been around forever it seems. This software was designed by Blaupunkt, and it's a DOS program and is very easy to use. It even prints out the cut sheets for your car subwoofer box plans so that you dont have to.
WinISD: This is made available by the LinearTeam. I think that this is a very highly rated, free program. But I can say that it is worth checking out. The tone generator is a nice addition to it and is very helpful. It lets you hear what different frequencies sound like.
MacSpeakerz: this is a great program if you are using a Macintosh computer and If you dont have a PC emulator there is a program out called MacSpeakerz. I haven't used it personally but it's fairly popular and free.
